The purpose of the Needs Assessment Care Strategy Committee is to assess the needs of Persons Living with HIV/AIDS (PLWH/A), assess provider capacity and capability, and determine gaps in service to develop the continuum of care for the TGA as well as the standards of care for each service category. The Committee oversees the Comprehensive Planning Process and participates in the Statewide Coordinated Statement of Need.
