The purpose of the Priority Setting/Resource Allocation Committee is to assess various data sources (Needs Assessment, PLWH/A surveys, Expenditure data, etc.) to set priorities that best meet the ongoing and emerging needs of PLWH/A. The Committee makes recommendations regarding the allocation of CARE Act funds among service categories that are consistent with locally identified needs and priorities. The Committee also assesses the efficiency and effectiveness of the Grantee to rapidly allocate funds.
