Tracking Provided Services Reports T.P.S. Reports
Performance measures quantitatively tell us something important about our services, and the processes that deliver them. They are a tool to help us understand, manage, and improve what our organizations do. Performance measures let us know:
- How well we are doing,
- If we are meeting our goals,
- If our customers are satisfied,
- If and where improvements are necessary, and
- If our processes are in statistical control.
Quarterly T.P.S. Reports will be provided to providers, planning council members, and the quality management C.O.R.E. Team regarding performance measures, unduplicated client counts, service utilization by dollar amount/service category, and any other relevant information. This information will also be utilized for the formation of quality improvement teams and the implementation of quality improvement activities. These reports will be posted on a quarterly basis beginning in March 2010.
